The grounds are fair, and the colors in the facility were neutral. While there I noticed some of the resident's clothing look dingy. I had a family member that resided there because I wasn't able to provide the care that was needed. However, I'm also the legal guardian and after learning medication was changed , he was also hospitalized without them notifying me, and not including me in the treatment plan.

This is a part-time position that does not include benefits. • Contributes to counseling center by participating and contributing as a member of counseling team. Prepare monthly summary reports of insurance billing for counseling center and processed through Medicaid.
